Responsive before she had our money, but very difficult to deal with at the end of the job. Not big on writing things down or responding to calls. We had a $2400 coffee table among others things that that we purchased from her. The coffee table turned out to be too big. She said she would sell it in her shop. Amazing store, excellent job!!! I recommend 100%.
My husband and I used Tracey and was very happy with her services. We planned on using her for many more things. We were looking forward to it. Unfortunately, after the work she did for us, she completely stopped answering our phone calls, texts, and voicemails. We had some issues with what we had already paid for and had no way of reaching her. She would not respond to any calls at all. What are we to do? We are very disappointed that we have no recourse.
