Went in for shoulder pain but no meds were given even after I explain I had been using Tylenol, heat and ice since the end of June. Had to send a message via my chart that took 3 days to answer letting me know she was sending in a muscle relaxer for the pain and to continue with what I had been doing. That’s the whole reason for the appt, none of that has been helping and I’m still having pain. I feel like I was not heard and my pain issue definitely was not addressed.
