Finding the correct building in such a large complex was challenging and parking was atrocious. Then, I had to wait to see the doctor an hour and a half after my appointment time. I understand the doctor was in surgery much longer than expected., which I understand. My total time with the doctor was under 5 minutes for bandaging removal. She was very nice and congenial.
Great care and compassion!
Dr. Raphael and her staff were very professional and pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone.
