Rachel was Excellent. I can’t say enough about how helpful she was. We live an hour and a half away and it was sometimes hard to get down to the house. She went out of her way to check in with us and help with anything we needed. She was a lifesaver helping us find an awesome contractor who she trusted - he and his crew were very good and quick to respond and get the job done. This is the second time Rachel has sold a home for us. Both times we had such a great experience with her and we cannot recommend her highly enough. She is your "dream realtor." Besides having a great personality, she is knowledgeable, conscientious, and super-responsive. We had a somewhat unique situation this time. We live 2 hours away from the property and that made it difficult to prepare it for sale and to take care of those seemingly endless repairs that come up, especially during the inspections and negotiations.... read more

Rachel was enthusiastic about my 1950s Rambler, which she felt had a lot of charm and potential. She walked me through all aspects of preparing and selling my house with patience and expertise. She was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and accurate about the price the house could and did sell for. We, as partners got our price and very quickly --under 1 week.
