As a patient of Dr. Rachel Colby, I was excited to go back to her after having to deal with some other doctors at the University of MI due to some medical issues. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist told me that she is full and I no longer can be her patient. Just because I hadn’t seen her recently isn’t a reason to cut someone off from a patient seeing their doctor completely. I now need to find a new doctor even though all my other doctors have her documented as my P.C.
Dr. Colby is always helpful, informative and straightforward. I trust her judgement.
She made switching my care from th VA seamless. She was polite and patient with me. She answered all my questions in a way I could easily comprehend. I would definitely send anyone looking for a new doctor her way.
