Wanted to add another glowing recommendation for Rachel’s virtual bottle feeding consultation. Our baby who had been intermittently taking bottles since birth seemed to suddenly forget how to use one weeks before I was due to return to work. Local lactation consultants were discouraging. My baby stopped taking a bottle around 8 weeks and I tried everything for 2 months to get him back on a bottle and met with another lactation consultant with no luck. Thankfully I found Rachel and within 4 days of a virtual consultation with her my baby drank 4 ounces from a bottle!! He is now easily and happily drinking from a bottle. I’m so grateful for her guidance and wish I met with her sooner!
We are so grateful for Rachel and all of her help! I was becoming increasingly anxious when my baby wasn’t taking bottles (despite us trying EVERYTHING), and Rachel immediately made us feel like she understood and gave us a clear path forward. Her text support was also invaluable. Within a week of meeting with Rachel my daughter was taking bottles and it was like a weight was lifted.
My 6 month old breastfed baby was refusing a bottle, after multiple attempts, which became a source of stress and frustration. Rachel assessed her during a virtual consultation (we are in the UK) and provided a detailed and specific plan, then was on hand for support and follow up.
