This is the type of place that looks nice, but only care if you spend thousands of dollars. No one seems to know how to do their job and if you bring it up after EVERY time you have gone there there being a mistake made, you get treated like a toddler who threw a fit instead of an apology for them doing their job poorly. They also refuse to give you what you paid for. Best dental clinic iI have ever been treated by...Great people doing a GREAT JOB ALL AROUND
The initial visit itself was fine, they were able to see me and the staff was polite at the time. However, after I canceled a follow-up appointment, the office claimed I did not cancel and charged me a no-show fee anyway. I attempted to resolve this directly with the office before escalating, but they were unhelpful and unwilling to work with me. As one who avoids dentists whenever I can, I will tell you Dr. Heiner and Maddy are actually quite wonderful. I am so glad I found them, as they really do care about you as a person. They are so down to earth and great to work with. Definately recommend them for all your dental needs.
I recently moved to Roy from Utah County and in need of dentures or partials , I am so happy that I chose Midland Dental. Dr. Tyler Anderson and his staff were great !!! I came in embarrassed by my missing teeth , and ended up getting partials and leaving with a smile that I love .
