I will never be back and I am so frustrated to have to find a new provider. I had a filling put it in that is far too big is causing so much discomfort. I called and went into the office the day after to explain. I was told nothing could be done for three days. Something that should take two minutes, cannot be taken care of for three days and I'm supposed to just wait. I have never been so sore after getting fillings, the injection spots are in an incredible amount of pain. I'm disgusted. Don't waste your money or time.
We were told our daughter would probably need a tooth pulled. We were asked to bring her in so they could assess the situation and were reassured that, if the tooth needed to come out, they'd talk with us about it and we'd schedule another appointment (so we had time to prepare our daughter for the procedure and prevent the dentist from being a scary, traumatic place for her). Been going here for 4+ years and have recommended all my siblings. We have all had a great experience. My kids enjoy coming here and the staff is great with them. I grew up with negative dental experiences and midland has been great to help me trust (nearly enjoy ) the dental experience again as an adult! Updated edit 2025: left for another dental office. Haven't been to the dentist in years so I was so skeptical and worried I would be judged. But the staff and the dentists were amazing! so friendly! So full of knowledge, like they answered all my dumb questions, didn't judge the fact that I was in recovery, which is huge. People usually do. So thank you Midland dental for being the best Dentist office I've ever been too!
This is the type of place that looks nice, but only care if you spend thousands of dollars. No one seems to know how to do their job and if you bring it up after EVERY time you have gone there there being a mistake made, you get treated like a toddler who threw a fit instead of an apology for them doing their job poorly. They also refuse to give you what you paid for. Disabled beware of not having accessible facilities and doors that will literally send you flying if you are in any kind of wheel based transportation aid. The... read more
