I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel compelled to share our experience with Dr. Rachel Hart to hopefully spare others from a similar situation. Dr. Hart has always been kind and considerate to my friend who has dementia. She is patient when my friend is having trouble answering her questions. She listens to my friend and explains things very well. Thank you Dr. Hart.
Rachel is cold, abrasive, and unpleasant to deal with. She acts annoyed and inconvenienced at every appointment. My mother has been told her diagnosis numerous times before and it always devastates her until she forgets again. I asked Rachel to not talk about the diagnosis with Mom again and she told her about it in detail, causing a full day breakdown. She is cruel. We will be finding another provider.
Dr. Hart has been extremely helpful, considerate, & professional with my Dad. She definitely takes her time, & makes sure we understand his progression with the memory loss. She or her office always answer any questions I have either through phone call or mychart. I highly recommend her services.
Rachel N Hart, DO has a 3 star rating with 6 reviews.
