One of the worst doctor appts I’ve experienced. She was cold, annoyed, and repeatedly reminded my mother of her dementia diagnose, after I politely asked her not to because of the devastation it caused my mom each time she said it. She was annoyed at simple questions and honestly made us both extremely uncomfortable. Terrible experience and regret putting my elderly mother through it.
My wife was brought in for evaluation as a referral from a neurologist having difficulty with a diagnosis, anxiety vs some type of dementia. Dr. Hart dx easily and immediately based on data already available. She had neuropsych testing that was clear about the pathology. Genetic testing validated further Dr Hart's diagnosis. Dr Hart is an excellent... read more

Dr. Hart has always been kind and considerate to my friend who has dementia. She is patient when my friend is having trouble answering her questions. She listens to my friend and explains things very well. Thank you Dr. Hart.
Rachel is cold, abrasive, and unpleasant to deal with. She acts annoyed and inconvenienced at every appointment. My mother has been told her diagnosis numerous times before and it always devastates her until she forgets again. I asked Rachel to not talk about the diagnosis with Mom again and she told her about it in detail, causing a full day breakdown. She is cruel. We will be finding another provider.
