I am the maid of honor of my sister Brittney, we had a horrible experience with Rachel during the alteration process for her wedding dress. We had visited Rachel four times and each time the dress got progressively worse. The second visit my sister wanted the straps taken in, which Rachel explained she could do. I have had Rachel fix several different items and I am always pleased and amazed, she is very skilled and also creative!
Rachel altered my wedding dress as well as my bridesmaid's and mother's dresses. They all came out beautifully and fit in all the right places! Rachel herself is an amazing person and was such a delight to work with. I would highly recommend for all your alteration needs.
Rachel did a bunch of alterations for me at her previous location in Arizona, when I had lost about 35-40 pounds and wasn't yet ready to buy a new wardrobe. Everything was immaculately tailored, and a fraction of what it would have cost for me to buy "in-between weight" clothing. Thanks, Rachel!
