I’ve been a loyal patient here for over five years, which makes this experience disappointing. I was charged a $75 cancellation fee despite never receiving a call or notification, based on my own records. When I asked for proof, I was only given the phone number on file—no call log, voicemail, or automated record. A little quick in wanting to extract problem teeth. Recommend getting a second opinion from Dr. Glover over at Verve.
