Dr Meyers and her staff were very polite and listened to my concerns. My gums were only swollen for a day after seeing her which is saying something. The music is great too and they are very fast with their cleaning.
Very disappointed with this dental office. They were supposed to call me back to finish the cleaning on the side of my tooth, but nobody ever contacted me. The staff was not professional, and communication was very poor. On top of that, they charged me $1,200 just for a cleaning, which is extremely expensive for the service I received. I would not recommend this place.
I’ve been a loyal patient here for over five years, which makes this experience disappointing. I was charged a $75 cancellation fee despite never receiving a call or notification, based on my own records. When I asked for proof, I was only given the phone number on file—no call log, voicemail, or automated record.
