I have been doing mortgage loans for over 25 years. I recently worked with Rachel on one of the most challenging purchases I can remember. She was the only reason this one closed! She went to bat for the buyer over and over and over again! We had a condition on the appraisal that I couldn't have solved on my own. She did the work needed to overcome that obstacle.
