Doc Mercer is the best eye doctor in Omaha! Takes time to explain everything and personally really cares. All her staff are top notch also
I felt like Dr. Mercer really listened to my concerns and understood that quality of life is so important. Her and the assistants were very thorough! All my questions were answered.
I felt the visit was rushed after she looked at concerning eyelid. And I felt the need to hurry with questions and get answers while she would want to leave. Is just how I felt as a concern patient I was looking for a little more patience. I do understand that their time is valuable, but so is the patience relationship with the doctor.
