I do not recommend using this insurance company. I originally thought that it was a reputable company but I was proven wrong.
I called and Rene was so sweet and helpful she set me up with Ray for a meeting and I am so grateful. Ray who is my new Medicare agent was absolutely wonderful. He was very patient and explained everything so I would understand it. He wasn’t pushy or made me feel like I had to do something right now and that was so nice. I was even told if I have any questions I can call the office and get help as well. I recommend them 💯 % Medicare is so confusing and scary , just contact Ray and you can relax and you will be taken care of... read more
