Stay away from this office! I have insurance. My coverage excluded 1 thing for a doctors office visit. 1 thing! They coded my visit for the exact 1 thing that wasn’t covered!!! It could have been coded several ways, and the way they did it was incorrect. They would not fix it month after month, call after call. I called ahead and gave them my new insurance, and asked to confirm coverage. I was told by the rep I was in network and covered for visit. My visit was terrible! Avoid Dr. Spooner’s Clinic/Team. After my year with them, I am choosing to not be under their care anymore. The nursing team has consistently demonstrated unprofessionalism and provided misleading information. They frequently intervene in MyChart messages without understanding the situation, advising that medication requests should have been made earlier, despite weeks of their team's inability to resolve issues. Dr Spooner is compassionate, intelligent, and thorough with me every visit and addresses all of my concerns. She always makes me feel cared for and never rushed. Dr. Spooner is the best! These directions are terrible though you must go into the parking garage and enter the building. These directions take you to the gas station next door
