I just have to leave a bad review due to the offices negligence. I have called for weeks and left voicemails to book an appointment. No one answers the phone or calls back. She was referred to me by my PCP. I don’t understand how they can’t even be bothered to pick up the phone. You can’t even get a hold of a receptionist. You immediately go to voicemail or get put on hold. Even Northwells Patient Services can’t figure out what the issue is with her office.

Dr. Friedman literally changed my life and helped me get the treatment that I need to manage my chronic pain. She ordered connective tissue genetic testing for me and I was finally able to confirm diagnosis of a rare genetic connective tissue disorder. She also gave me referrals to providers who are known for treating this rare condition.
