I came in for a one-hour scalp treatment with Alexis and it was such a perfect experience. First of all, the space is stunning, and everyone was so sweet and welcoming from the second I walked in. Alexis was the best! After getting settled in, I told her I’d probably go mute once the treatment started, and she said, “same!” I loved that she gave me the space to relax, even if it meant in total silence. Rachael is incredible, I just go to her for haircuts on natural hair. She takes her time to get everything right and preserves length really well. Really great at listening to what you want and checking in. She makes the experience worth the price, including a head massage at the shampoo bowl. They also have coffee and tea available with syrups and everything, and the mirrors have great selfie lighting. The haircut pictured here was almost 2 hours and it was the most relaxing 2 hours of my week :)
