I had a terrible experience with Rachel Messar Hernandez.. She set my appointment for this past Tuesday at 6:45 PM When I arrived at her office, all lights were off and she wasn't there. I called her numerous times, left voice mails and never received a return call. If you call this lady 10 times, you'll be lucky if she picks up once. I would have appreciated an advance notice from her to never had wasted my time that way. Rachel is totally inconsiderate, disorganized and unprofessional.
