Very disappointing experience with Dr. Rachel Knoll and her assistant Naomie. My mom had a mammogram, and I received a call from the radiology receptionist saying the doctor recommended an ultrasound for …… reason. When I tried to call back to speak with the doctor for more information, I was told she wouldn’t come to the phone and that she had already spoken to us which is not true. Dr. Knoll is one of the best doctor. She is very loving and caring she always listen to her patients with her heart.
Dr. Rachel Knoll is a great doctor. She listens to what you have to say, very caring and open minded with a great sense of humor. She also has a wonderful staff.
