Dr. Ellsworth is very professional. She listened and understood my predicament and was willing to work me into her busy schedule the same day. I felt comfortable and confident under her care. Highly recommended!
She had amazing bed side manners , loved her. The problem was her office cancelled/ rescheduled my procedure 3 times! The first time they called me the day BEFORE my procedure which I hadn’t eaten anything and was on a liquid diet. The rescheduled, called me back a few days before my procedure to reschedule again. I spoke to the office manager and she promised me the 3rd time they wouldn’t reschedule me and THEY DID! Now I don’t have insurance and need to save up for out of pocket all because of them! (Fannin location)
I just met with Dr. Rachel Ellsworth today. I can't recommend her enough! She is very warm and caring. I didn't feel uncomfortable during the process and she makes sure to inform you every step of the way during the process. I am so pleased that I found her.
Highly recommend Dr. Ellsworth. She is incredible, very knowledgeable and attentive. But I think most doctors are. What sets her apart is that she doesn't make you wait long and she's very easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable with her in an uncomfortable situation.
