The staff at the office are lovely and I appreciate the law office vary much. however Rachael Jackson has a vary short fuse And was incredibly unprofessional over the phone I've never in my life had a grown woman resort to name calling simply because I tryed politely ,correcting her misunderstanding of times and events that she Asked me to map out for her. cutting me off,gaslighting me and name calling is not what I expected from an adult if her age group.
Rachel is by far the best lawyer that I've had the privilege of representing me. The most honest and to the point lawyer that you will ever find in Lauderdale county. She pulls no punches when it comes to defending her clients.
