I called to ask about the parenting curriculum they use- a normal and reasonable question as I wanted to know if it was worth visiting and learning with the curriculum being used. The volunteer on the phone was fine- it was the employee she relayed the question to who was not. The employee told her that I needed to come in first before they would tell me. Why the deception? Everyone is very nice and welcoming, I came in very overwhelmed and not very knowledgeable of my situation, but after my appointment I have more information and recourses than I could have asked for. Everyone I talked to was beyond helpful and they even had a separate space for the father to learn about what he can do/needs through the whole process. Definitely a place I would recommend first time parents or anyone who just doesn’t have a lot of information themselves.
Everyone at resource health were so knowledgeable and nice about my care coming in
Everyone in the office is so kind and caring. They help with resources to help you and future baby. Amy is who I had as a nurse and I can’t say enough great things about her!! I have read other reviews about them pushing religion. That absolutely wasn’t the case in my situation at all and even if they did…who cares. They offer great support and resources. People need to do a little research on places they go first do they don’t have unrealistic expectations when entering a business. Did I mention all their services are free?... read more
The staff are the soul and heart of this place. They truly care and want to help you succeed and see the potential and growth that’s within you. It’s like a family there. They have the knowledge, and resources to help you with whatever you may be looking for. If they don’t they will go out of their way to find out what they can and point you in the right directions. They have great free resources and programs I think any new parent should learn, utilize, or take advantage of.
