This place is sooo Awesome... I literally felt so welcomed, I wasn't judged, the employees are so genuine. I am so excited now and happy to have my baby. You cant beat a place like this. P
They are so kind and helpful. They don't just give you the results and thats it, they sit and talk to you about how you may be feeling, goes through a list of healthy foods etc.
I called to ask about the parenting curriculum they use- a normal and reasonable question as I wanted to know if it was worth visiting and learning with the curriculum being used. The volunteer on the phone was fine- it was the employee she relayed the question to who was not. The employee told her that I needed to come in first before they would tell me. Why the deception? Everyone is very nice and welcoming, I came in very overwhelmed and not very knowledgeable of my situation, but after my appointment I have more information and recourses than I could have asked for. Everyone I talked to was beyond helpful and they even had a separate space for the father to learn about what he can do/needs through the whole process. Definitely a place I would recommend first time parents or anyone who just doesn’t have a lot of information themselves.
