We love Mrs. Hopson, she is very friendly, fast, and makes you feel comfortable. My daughter will only see Mrs. Rachel Hopson or Mrs. Katie Eggling!!!
I have received care for several years, the staff has always been compassionate and validates my health concerns, and Rachel has always been wonderful with my care and referrals. She is determine to help me get through this stage in my life. The business office has been a godsend in helping with my care, as I no longer have insurance but still have new issues developing. I am blessed that they have been able to help. Overall I am very thankful for Scott and White as a whole.
On 3/12/26 Ms Hopson knew exactly what my medical problem was as soon as I provided her with the symptoms and treated it on the spot..She has treated me for other medical issues in the pass.Ms Hopson is a 5 star health provider and it is always a pleasure for me when I see her.
Staff was friendly and helpful; area clean and had a pleasant experience. Rachel is very skilled at her profession and highly recommend her. I have been seeing Rachel for some time now and, while not trying to take from other staff, she is who I prefer for all my visits.
