I actually like Rachel Hollywood , great doctor. The problem is the office , no one ever calls and touch base with the patient. You get blood work done, no one call , you get a xray no one call. I'm so disappointed in how its been going in this office. I've been having to deal with a injured neck for months ! I don't want to hear the computers was down . Why ? Cause before that it still wasn't any call backs. Please get it together , I would hate to switch but its leaning that way.
