I’m uncomfortable with any skin treatment, As I’m always worried about anything going wrong. That is not something you need to worry about with Rachel. Rachel was very considerate, very comforting extremely educational and fortunately created amazing results.
Made an online order and did not receive an email about the status of my order. I Went and emailed and then I was given a response. First off, it should be their responsibility to notify me about any delays or issues , not me asking. The response stated that they apologize & the product was not at their facility and would update me when it would be in the next couple of days. Okay, that was fine with me. Easily the greatest treatment I’ve received. Being that my skin is so sensitive. I have had issues with many other aestheticians in the past. But they were able to diagnose and treat my skin with the consideration needed.
Cannot say enough wonderful things about Rachel. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares about what she does! She is a miracle worker. Highly recommend!
