I’m very satisfied with Dr Rachel Hansen She is always attentive and very knowledgeable to me. I recommend her highly.
We were new patients to come on. There has been multiple reschedules, and appts changed into TELE instead of the appt scheduled. I showed up for the last appt and sat in the waiting room for 20 min because it was dark, and no one was at the desk. The receptionist came back in without even asking if I needed something, and I was the only one there. I did not know she was back until another patient walked in and went up to the desk. We will not return, moving on....
