I loved working with Rachel on the 12 series structural integration practice. She is a great practitioner and I highly recommend the 12 series for anyone interested in understanding and caring for their physical self.
I highlyrecommend the 12-step structuralintegration series with Rachel. After each session I felt more limber, connected to my physical well being and mentally elevated. Rachel has also given me greatreliefwith with specific injuries and issues around osteoarthritis and back pain. Rachel, caring and thorough, is an amazing healing professional!

After two spine fusions for pain and weakness related to degenerative disc disease, I developed a curve in my spine.
