Rachel is one of the most caring providers we have come across. I have suffered with the pain of OA for a few years and she is the ONLY ONE who took my seriously and got me taken care of. She chased me down the hallway telling me if I didn't take the pneumonia vaccine I "would die like her mother" then she acused me of being impaired on drugs. I later found out they get cash compensation for each patient they vax. She said that her mother had Ms like me and died because she didn't take this vaccine. I said no thank you and she lost her mind. I have never experienced anything like that in my life with a healthcare "professional" after that experience it has left me terrified of ever going to the doctor. I only... read more
