Trust worthy, knowledgeable, and reliable! I am so thankful I had Rachel when selling my late grandmother's property. It was a tough decision to sell the home, I didn't feel great about it, but it was the only option I had unfortunately. The home needed serious renovations to be liveable. Rachel did a great job helping us find our new home. Given that we were unfamiliar with the area, she was very patient with us and guided us through the process despite us taking a few detours (changed our minds) along the way. Her expertise on the contract side was very valuable. Her extensive knowledge of the Fredericksburg market is also an added benefit. We highly recommend her.
