Rachel Kaczynski, D.O. Has been the best doctor I have seen. I have an autoimmune disorder and many other health issues requiring many different types of doctors. I am high risk for breast cancer and just had my first appointment with Dr Kaczynski. She made me feel at ease and took the time to explain all of the details of my high risk and what I will be doing with her in the future. She gave me some different scenarios and made me feel confident that whatever comes my way - we will do what we need to do and I will be okay. I absolutely love Dr.Kaczynski ! She is becoming our family doctor with now my mom, and grandma being diagnosed with breast cancer, and we have discovered through this process we have a family cancer gene. She is so thorough and comforting. She took such great care of my mom and now my grandma, and myself. I highly recommend her and this practice.
The doctor was courteous, informative, and apologetic for the delay. My appt was at 4:15 pm, I waited almost an hour and 15 minutes for the doctor. I dislike having to wait so long! This was a telemedicine appt.
