I am 78 years old. I have seen many health care providers including a hand surgeon that repaired a severed finger. The first time Dr Hein saw my finger she calmly stated: "I can fix that." Dr Hein can mix the banter with excellent care. When things begin to approach surgery she cuts to the professional mode. She listens, explains the options and the risks. At my last visit I mentioned a symptom that caught her attention. No guessing, she referred me to a neurologist. I do not feel she would ever put a patient at risk.... read more
