Rachel is an excellent therapist. She is great at deep tissue and really listens to feedback to ensure a good experience and result. I truly appreciate her!
I get massages to manage chronic pain and stress. By manage, my expectation is to generally stop pain from getting worse. I left her office feeling so much less pain. I drove 5-hrs home the next day and usually have to stop every hour to stretch and manage pain. I made only one-stop to go on a hike because my body was feeling so great! I highly recommend her!
