I started seeing PA- Rachel DeStefano several years ago. Before her, I had tried 4 different ENT Dr.’s and was always left feeling very discouraged about the care I was receiving. Rachel is always very gentle, super kind, extremely thorough and exceptionally knowledgeable in her field. She listens carefully (and in my experiences so do her staff), and I have always felt good mentally after my visits with her. I had an appointment at 1:30-1:45 my GPS took my to the golf course so I was 11 mins late and PAMELA at the front desk was very rude and demanding this is not how you treat people in a professional organization she did everything in her power to not take me and to reschedule.
