Staff cancels your appointments without telling you. When I got to my appointment I was told that I had called and cancelled it and did not reschedule it. Now, I suffer from chronic migraines, in what world would I cancel such an important appointment after waiting 6 months for it? They confused and appointment that I had scheduled from last year and try to blame it on me. Rachel Coleman is a wonderful Doctor! She always answers my questions and and she works very hard to help you feel better. All my visits in person or conversations with her have made me feel comfortable knowing that she is helping me with my headaches.
