Dr. Colman listened carefully to my comments and answered my questions clearly. She discussed with me the current issues with my chronic migraines and the possible next steps. She carefully explained the proposed treatment plan and rationale for it. I thought she was very knowledgeable about the possible causal factors for my migraines and about the range of treatment methods that were available and appropriate for my case. Overall I was very satisfied with her care and treatment.
I feel so blessed to be in the care of such a brilliant, professional and caring doctor.
If I could rate Dr. Rachel Colman a 0 I would. My mother has been going to this office for a long time. During her last appointment she had to reschedule due to sickness When she went to her new appointment she approach my mother very rude telling her that she did not cancelled the last appointment and was a no show when she did call and rescheduled. Dr. Colman was SO attentive, engaged, and connected during my appt. She listened, did not rush me out, carefully provided a game plan and worked with me to amend a few parts of it based on feedback I had. Honestly, it's so rare to have a doctor do this kind of thing that I was, and am, incredibly appreciative and feeling like I was SO LUCKY to have found a doctor so cool.
Staff cancels your appointments without telling you. When I got to my appointment I was told that I had called and cancelled it and did not reschedule it. Now, I suffer from chronic migraines, in what world would I cancel such an important appointment after waiting 6 months for it? They confused and appointment that I had scheduled from last year and try to blame it on me.
