Dr. Colman was SO attentive, engaged, and connected during my appt. She listened, did not rush me out, carefully provided a game plan and worked with me to amend a few parts of it based on feedback I had. Honestly, it's so rare to have a doctor do this kind of thing that I was, and am, incredibly appreciative and feeling like I was SO LUCKY to have found a doctor so cool.
Staff cancels your appointments without telling you. When I got to my appointment I was told that I had called and cancelled it and did not reschedule it. Now, I suffer from chronic migraines, in what world would I cancel such an important appointment after waiting 6 months for it? They confused and appointment that I had scheduled from last year and try to blame it on me.
