I've been taking my dog here for his entire life (almost 11 years!) & unfortunately, I have to say that it's really gone downhill over the years. There has been a lot of turnover with vets & they are always short staffed. So much so that they used to be open 7 days a week & are now closed on the weekends due to lack of staff. I had an appointment at 10:30 this morning. Went in on time & they said my appointment was at 10 & I was a no show. They refused to see me even though my cat needs immediate attention. Am going to find another vet.
