Dr Chen is excellent clinician. I've been under her care for the last year. The RGW team is very efficient. During each visit patients are processed through multiple stations with little delay.
Well orchestrated operation starting with pleasant reception at front door, continued with careful & friendly testing at appropriate stations, expert evaluation and compassionate explanation and treatment plan discussion with Dr Chen, followed by efficient and friendly out-processing and scheduling of future visit. This is THE best group of medical personnel. PERIOD! The only one of my numerous medical appointments that I eagerly anticipate, and thoroughly enjoy participating in. Thank you 🙏 y’all.
Dr Chen is wonderful. I have intermediate dry AMD. She has given me confidence that if it should move towards wet that she will preserve my sight to the greatest possible extent. I feel I couldn’t be in better hands.
