I saw this doctor in 2023 and would not be coming back. She was short with me and basically told me to do this toxicity procedure without even explaining the process and what it does. The procedure turned out to be mildly traumatic for me personally as it involves taping wires around your eyes (like in Clockwork Orange) and getting your eyes to not blink for a considerable amount of time while looking at movements on a screen; it would have been helpful if they had explained what was going to happen beforehand. Dr. Chen is an amazing doctor. I highly recommend her
My mother waited 3 hrs before they took her back. Her apt was atc2:15pm. She arrived at 2:10pm, they took her back at 5pm
The staff were very professional; and Dr. Chen is friendly, competent, and readily willing to make sure you understand your diagnosis and that all of your questions are satisfactorily answered. I see Dr. Chen every six months and will continue to do so.
