Rachel made the process of buying an apartment efficient and painless. She understood what I wanted and we quickly narrowed my search. We found the right apartment on day one, and she guided me through the process to a smooth close, with calm and humor.
We were out-of-town buyers, unfamiliar with the Phoenix metro area. Rachel listened to what are needs and desires were and put together a list of 8-10 properties for us to view on our short visit to Scottsdale, one of which we purchased. She made the buying process very smooth and even found us another mortgage lender when our original lender didn't work out. We would highly recommend Rachel for both buyers and sellers.
