I was not only looking for a new doctor for established care but also for abdominal pain I recently have been experiencing. I saw Rachel Addis and she was wonderful! She really listened to everything I had to say and made it a priority to make sure I left feeling comfortable and had all my questions answered. Rachel was very through and very nice. Figured out my problem really quick.
Very through. Fast service. Took time to explain things. They had many services; I didn't need to schedule more appointments or go to any other facilities for my testing. One stop in Waterford. Highly recommend! Rachel Balcerak, PA, and her nurse Sara are fabulous!
