This office is plus friendly, which was refreshing. My prenatal care was good, but I felt that I had horrible birth and postpartum experiences. I ended up switching providers for additional help with postpartum complications. I wanted to add that while a lot of reviews touch on this providers empathy, I felt like this was the least empathetic provider that I've ever had. Editing my previous review. While dr long Jana great doctor, her team is terrible. I got prescribed a BC pill that my insurance didn’t cover and they didn’t know that? Every other doctor in LA has a computer system that shows what the patient’s insurance will accept. I’ve wasted 2 weeks trying to get my birth control sent to me and they’ve been no help whatsoever.
Amazing OB, patient centered, warm, genuine. You are lucky to be her patient!
My first appointment with her was a sad one. She found out my baby died at 11 weeks. She hugged me and was the most compassionate Dr. I would recommend her to anyone.
