I am a new patient of Dr. Sullivan, but I have been with this practice since my diagnosis and mastectomy on January, 22, 2024. My first reconstruction was not something I could live with, and I don't blame the other surgeon. I think a more involved surgery was needed. Dr. Sullivan is amazing at what she does, there is no doubt about that. I am writing to express my extreme frustration, discouragement and disappointment with the handling of my referral. I received a referral on August 10 and, per the office assistant’s Kiara’s voicemail instructions, I waited a week before calling. On August 20, I called and spoke with Kiara, who informed me that the office did not have the referral on file. Dr. Sullivan just did my breast reduction, with a lift and side boob removal. I had a great experience with her so far. She’s confident in her skill, which to me is a good thing. She’s no nonsense and very direct (again, something I prefer). My first appointment was in May 2025 and I just had my surgery July 11th 2025. So far I have no issues, no concerns and very happy with my choice in Dr. Sullivan.

I had surgery recently and dr Sullivan was my doctor she was awesome, friendly and very caring. Would recommended her anytime.
