The first year of our daughter’s life was very scary. She was diagnosed with Pierre Robin Sequence when she was born, which meant she had a cleft palate, a recessed lower jaw, and her tongue was blocking her airway. Dr. Ruotolo was a pleasure. Not only is she a skilled surgeon, her " bedside manor" is exceptional! She is real, not phony. She doesn't tell you what you want to hear, she speaks the truth, and you discuss. An absolute pleasure.
Following a horrific car accident, my son was left with three wounds on his back that were not healing. Dr, Ruotolo came up with a plan to help my son and finally got the wounds to heal. Her bedside manner and compassion put myself and my son at ease. I would highly recommend her and her Babylon office.
My son was born with aplasia cutis. I came across Dr. Ruotolo’s name in a Facebook group, how lucky we are to have found someone so close to us that is not only familiar with this condition, but has many before and after pictures of how she can fix it on her website.
