I went to Dr. Ruotolo to have two large moles removed that had bothered me for years. My entire experience with Dr. Ruotolo from my consultation, to the procedure, to my post op follow up visit was a great experience. She and her team were very professional and comforting every step of the way. The areas she removed the moles from look great and I wish I had done this years ago! I highly recommend her!
Dr. Ruotolo is an incredible surgeon with Golden hands. We traveled all the way from Michigan to receive her care. After 4 or 5 years of studying this surgeon, making multiple trips to New York, she earns 10 stars from our family. The team was kind, professional and accommodating every time. The front desk office staff were very friendly and the registration process was easy. The office is beautiful, very clean and modern. We saw Dr. Ruotolo for a consult for our 7 year old who sustained a facial injury during baseball. She was so pleasant, listened to our concerns and made us both feel like making the appointment with her was the right thing to do. Overall we were very happy with her feedback, instructions and the care received.
