Rachel is so nice and wonderful to work with. She truly listens to her patients and explains things so it is easy to understand. She is a true asset to Carilion Clinic and Dr. Bravo. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.
I think Dr Frasier was honest with me but I was disappointed that I was told to go back to the last doctor I saw. I have seen eight doctors and I can't seem to get any help with whatever is going on with my hands. I'm steady losing use of both hands and can't get any answers.
Rachel has improved my quality of life. She is very empathetic and knowledgeable.
