Do not recommend. She is extremely condescending, lacks empathy and compassion, unprofessional, the most unpleasant and insulting physician I have ever encountered.
Dr.Sus is very knowledgeable and hears my concerns. she is not quick to dismiss. she does stand her ground on what she believes is best for her patients. Her staff is very polite and courteous.
Recommend her 100%. She listens and provides feedback. yes she is straight to the point and doesn't beat around the bush. But she is honest and tells you like it is. She is very responsive through the portal and always fits me in for urgent concerns. Her current staff is way better than before.
She has good book knowledge, but not really a people person. She could communicate a little better. You have to call frequently to remind them of the prescriptions that should’ve been submitted, and if you’re requesting a specific med, she won’t tell you she’s changing it.
