She has good book knowledge, but not really a people person. She could communicate a little better. You have to call frequently to remind them of the prescriptions that should’ve been submitted, and if you’re requesting a specific med, she won’t tell you she’s changing it.

Dr. Sus is quite knowledgeable and helpful. She is calm and collected throughout the appointment. She is efficient and can offer sound advice.
Dr. Sus is very professional and friendly. Her staff, however, tends to be brusque and dismissive--they seem harried when you call, and will often cut you off in mid-sentence. Also, you cannot communicate with her office via email--don't know how common that is in this region...
I've seen Dr. Sus on multiple occasions and I honestly never really had an issue with her treatment until today. It wasn't by her directly but her nurse Jill. Jill is the rudest NA i've ever encountered. You ask for help or solutions to find out whats bothering you and she tells you" Well I don't know what to tell ya" in her direct words.
