I never write reviews but I decided to this one. I never had a complaint up until now. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a prescheduled annual check up office visit that did not take place November 18,2025 @3:30pm. This office owes me an apology and there are some issues that need addressing with the office staff and how they go about handling the scheduling.
