Very poor service the lady that answers the phone is very rude very hard to get an appointment and then they called me back to change the appointment for a week later. Then the day before the appointment they called me to say that my appointment wasn't Wednesday but Thursday and when I told her that she said they again were booked and could not get me even though there the one that put the wrong date in there computer. So unprofessional.
They never called me to confirm about me changing my appointment time. They need to talk to their patients about this stuff. Because I am on my third trimester and need to take into consideration that I need to talk to them about certain stuff. If they are unable to do that then I will find a new OBGYN.
Front desk is extremely rude. I was simply asking questions to see if Dr Oraee would be the right OB for me but, if the receptionist are already rude with a potential patient I can just imagine how it would be if I decided to choose the clinic
My 18 year old daughter just got her 1st baby delivered at the ER tonight January 22 and I want to say a huge thank you for taking care of her and my grandson and being nice to my daughter as she's had a hard time with this pregnancy and her regular OB because of her age. This doctor was very nice and encouraging to my daughter and did an awesome job with the delivery of the baby, especially considering that my daughter had complications during her pregnancy. I absolutely love her she is kind honest the staff is amazing this experience is alot different than it was with my first pregnancy I am 22 weeks and couldn't be more blessed to have her help me through this I highly recommend her she is amazing
