I was referred to Dr.Hayes from a co worker. i went in her office scared of being diagnosed with breast cancer and what my out cone would be, after talking with her getting a plan of action in place quickly and already having surgery, i truly can't tell you how much more at ease i now am. Surgery went great with little pain and im so grateful to her and her staff
The doctor was nice. There were a lot of delays. When I met the scheduler, my primary physician had a number of tests done. So, she took the medical tests out of the kit and said she’d get back with me. I waited, had an appointment with the plastic surgeon. There I was told that it would be awhile, but I’d get my date for surgery. Heard nothing from Dr. Hayes office. I called. The scheduler is on vacation and would be back the next Monday. She is the most caring doctor around! I had the best experience with her and everyone in her office. Wonderful surgeon!!
