I established care as a new patient literally yesterday and it was a great experience! Healthcare is just not the same anymore so when I come across an office that is still kind and know what they are doing I truly appreciate it and take the time to leave a review! The visit was so easy going and fast. Everyone was kind from the front desk ladies, the nurses, and NP Rachael. Rachael listened to all my concerns without cutting me off and she was also very kind. I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Bagley. She has an amazing bedside manner. She listened to my concerns, understood my areas of priorities, explained my treatment going forward and made sure I was comfortable with everything. I felt she was thorough with my exam. I am very confident in my health journey with her going forward.
Just to clarify not all was bad. The employees in this office, including Rachel were very polite. However, and this may not be completely related to Rachael, but more to the healthcare system in this country. My visit with Rachael lasted no more then 5 minutes. She did not assess the area of complain for which I went for. Instead she ordered all these test and swabs that "I" had to do on myself there (appropriate nevertheless).
