What I enjoy most (besides the massage!) was our consultation prior to her beginning to understand my lifestyle, work and areas of greatest need to ensure I got the most out of the appointment. She has taught me the importance of self care. I always feel so renewed after leaving, ready to book my next appointment! I would 110% recommend Rachael!
