Rachael is excellent - professional and incredibly kind. She took the time to talk through with me how I would like my hair and makeup before jumping in (I was a bridesmaid so hadn't had a consultation) by asking considered questions to ensure I was comfortable with her approach. Whilst doing my hair and makeup she was also very considerate in explaining what she was doing and giving me a couple free tips when I do it myself. Highly recommend!
