She is the worst realtor I have ever seen. I do not recommend anyone to buy a house or arrange a rental contract with her at all. The way she set up the rental contract with a person who was bankrupt and without advising me not to make the contract with that person, she only considered her own interests and arranged a contract without mentioning that the owner has the right to evict in case of non-payment of rent. This realtor company is very helpful in sending you post on houses that are available. Quick to respond very nice and making time to show you any viewing or any walk through through any house and is helpful in getting you approved and helping you in every step of the way through the whole process of getting you into your brand new home like they have been for me and my family

Rachel sold her house to us. Failed to disclose major obvious issues. When issues arose she chose to ignore them and stopped communicating with us. We also had escrow money put aside for broken sliding door. Door was never properly fixed, but she had the title company release the funds to her, without letting us know and without our signatures. I would never work with her or her friend Noah who was the realtor for the sale. She is very unprofessional and very dishonest.

Rachel helped me find my dream home after many months of searching and a LOT of patience. She was always available to look at houses as soon as they were on the market and offered her advice as needed. Many thanks to her for her perseverance and help.
