The owner and service department stood behind their diagnosis, claiming a TSB couldn’t be applied because my truck was lifted and didn’t have factory tires. Complete nonsense. I took it to the Ford dealer in Florence, and they fixed the issue immediately with a simple PCM update—no lift or tire problems at all. This location cannot be trusted to properly diagnose issues. I do not recommend using their service department.

I received two letters in the mail yesterday from raceway ford saying i have been declined on march 11th for a vehicle loan I have not given permission for anyone to run my credit and I have not tried to get a vehicle from raceway ford I bought a vehicle from them 2 1/2 years ago and sent several relatives and friends there way and since checking, it has come to my attention that I know at least four people they have got vehicles and fraudulent names and that has been took from them THEY ARE SCAMERS and conartist I called to... read more
